Advance Payment: A Leverage To Service Excellence
Many of our clients have questioned us on the advance payment term. We accept the queries and also agree that it is natural to have such a doubt. However, we think that it is appropriate to charge an advance payment and apprise our clients of the reason for our choice. Here I would like to throw light on our justification and the necessity of advance payment.
Why we charge in advance?
- Money – An Inspiration, A catalyst
- Zero payment default
Professionals engaged in link building processes put in their best endeavours in a given project. Appreciable time is utilized in perfecting quality links, combing resources and setting up relations with webmasters of a specific niche. These efforts are accelerated when reward (money) is promising. Money acts as a catalyst and has a psychological effect, so that expertise can be fully exploited to the client’s advantage.
According to a recent survey - 35% of businesses are coping up from consequences of delayed payments.
It is very unfortunate to note that there have been cases when payments were altogether refused post delivery; which means that there wasn’t any compensation for the numerous efforts, not to mention the time devoted towards the completion of a project. In order to cease such trouble, organizations have now striven to get payments beforehand. This has reduced many contingencies, besides removal of obstacles in cashflow.
What Assurance do you have?
- Gratification guaranteed
- Flexibility to reject a link
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is offered by us to insure preeminence in our service. We put great emphasis on customer satisfaction and work for the same.
It is quite acceptable that relationship bonds are strengthened over time and we give due consideration to this fact. However, those who are reluctant to put even trifle amount of trust aren’t really entertained by our company. There have been occasions when we declined notable companies who couldn’t handle basic risks.
We are flexible in our workings and provide full opportunity to our clients to reject a link, if it doesn’t match the quality milestone. So acceptance of a link even if criterion isn’t matched should no longer be a misconception.
